And broccoli has long been the green tree of any consumer concerned about their health.
Together, these three ingredients make for a delicious fiber-rich meal and will look amazing in the presentation of a bowl. Remember that dinner is just one meal of the day. Take two or four (if you count snacks) to help complete your diet. And it's not just what you eat.
